&lt;p&gt;1&amp;#160;1/2 Tbsp. Nutella &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup FF milk&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;~6 ice cubes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 frozen banana&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 packet Weight Watchers vanilla smoothie mix&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Directions: &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Add wet ingredients into blender first, then add dry ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add Cool Whip Free on top if desired.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yields: 1 serving // &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8 PointsPlus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Note: You could probably use 2 Tbsp. It will affect P+ value, but the banana flavor was a little more overpowering than the Nutella. Another 1/2 Tbsp of Nutella may make a stronger flavor. &lt;p&gt;So, this morning, I was trying to figure out what was for breakfast. I&amp;#8217;m out of frozen fruit because I&amp;#8217;m moving back to school in a week. I opened up the pantry and found some oatmeal. Hmm&amp;#8230;oatmeal in a smoothie? Let&amp;#8217;s try it! If it flops, I&amp;#8217;ll never try this concoction again!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Woah. Freaking delicious. Can&amp;#8217;t wait to try it with other oatmeal flavors!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 Weight Watchers Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cup&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 Weight Watchers Smoothie Mix in French Vanilla&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup FF Milk&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8-12 Ice Cubes (I used about 12 because I wanted it to be thicker)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Directions:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Blend until oatmeal is in small pieces and drink is smooth.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yields: 1 serving // &lt;strong&gt;7 PointsPlus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;PointsPlus tip: I always add my 2 teaspoons of oil into my smoothies. &lt;p&gt;You can use just one banana in your smoothies if that&amp;#8217;s what you like. Personally, I love the banana flavor (and need help getting fruits and veggies in). I always add two.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chocolate PB2. I &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;love &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;this stuff! I&amp;#8217;ve been adding it to smoothies and dipping my fruit in it! It also comes in jars. &lt;p&gt;I added 6 crushed up Nilla wafers to my smoothie, and to be honest, I couldn&amp;#8217;t taste them at all. Not worth the extra points.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also started with 1 cup of milk and the smoothie was a little to thick for my liking. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you don&amp;#8217;t have WW smoothie mix, you can probably do without. &lt;p&gt;1 cup water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 packet no calorie sweetner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Blend until it&amp;#8217;s the consistency you want. :)&lt;/p&gt;
