Yum, yum, yum! What a great way to start off my Friday! Ingredients: 1 1/2 Tbsp. No WW Smoothie Mix? No Big Deal!
You will notice I use the WW smoothie mixes in the majority of my recipes. If you don’t have any, you can just substitute more SF FF pudding mix! It will thicken the shake up like the smoothie mix does. Low fat yogurt may work too. Play around with it. If you guys find any other substitutions work, let me know! :)
