I have fallen in love with my blender this summer. Making my own guilt free smoothies and shakes has become an addiction. Why not share the yummy recipes I come up with? Enjoy!

Yum, yum, yum! What a great way to start off my Friday!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Tbsp. Nutella

1 cup FF milk

~6 ice cubes

1 frozen banana

1 packet Weight Watchers vanilla smoothie mix

Directions:

Add wet ingredients into blender first, then add dry ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add Cool Whip Free on top if desired.

Yields: 1 serving // 8 PointsPlus

Note: You could probably use 2 Tbsp. It will affect P+ value, but the banana flavor was a little more overpowering than the Nutella. Another 1/2 Tbsp of Nutella may make a stronger flavor. I just didn’t want to spend the extra P+ on it today. :p

Woah.

So, this morning, I was trying to figure out what was for breakfast. I’m out of frozen fruit because I’m moving back to school in a week. I opened up the pantry and found some oatmeal. Hmm…oatmeal in a smoothie? Let’s try it! If it flops, I’ll never try this concoction again!

Woah. Freaking delicious. Can’t wait to try it with other oatmeal flavors!

Ingredients:

1 Weight Watchers Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cup

1 Weight Watchers Smoothie Mix in French Vanilla

1 cup FF Milk

8-12 Ice Cubes (I used about 12 because I wanted it to be thicker)

Directions:

Blend until oatmeal is in small pieces and drink is smooth.

Yields: 1 serving // 7 PointsPlus

PointsPlus tip: I always add my 2 teaspoons of oil into my smoothies. Add an extra 2 PointsPlus to the total if you do this! :)

I know I’ve been slacking on the smoothie recipes lately.

I apologize.

Life has been so crazy lately, and I haven’t had much time to come up with new things.

Hopefully here in a few weeks I’ll be able to get back at it!

I forgot to mention this yesterday…but the smoothie mixes are on sale for $4.95 this week!

Sorry guys. No picture! I had it almost gone and then realized I never took one. Whoops!

I forgot to get my dairy and oils in until tonight and this did the trick!

Ingredients:

1 Weight Watcher’s smoothie mix - French Vanilla

1/4 box Jell-o Oreo Pudding mix (NOT SF FF - still waiting on that version :p)

1 cup FF milk

1 cup ice

Directions:

Blend until smooth.

Yields: 1 serving // 7 PointsPlus

Yum yum!

  • Question: If I substitute more pudding mix for the WW Smoothie Mix, how much would I use? I don't know how big the smoothie packets are and even if it's a 1:1 ratio. Any advice? - Anonymous
  • Answer:

I would probably use 1/2 of the box (2 P+). I’ve never tried to make it without the smoothie mix, so I’m not 100% sure. Just make sure it’s the SMALL box of SF FF pudding mix. :) Let me know if it works!
